Healthy habits can protect you from the harmful effects of stress. Here are 10 positive healthy habits you may want to develop.
1.Talk with family and friends.
A daily dose of friendship is great medicine. Call or write your friends and family to share your feelings, hopes and joys.
2.Engage in daily physical activity.
Regular physical activity relieves mental and physical tension. Physically active adults have lower risk of depression and loss of mental functioning. Physical activity can be a great source of pleasure, too. Try walking, swimming, biking or dancing every day.
3.Accept the things you cannot change.
Don't say, "I'm too old." You can still learn new things, work toward a goal, love and help others.
4.Remember to laugh.
Laughter makes you feel good. Don't be afraid to laugh out loud at a joke, a funny movie or a comic strip, even when you're alone.
5.Give up the bad habits.
Too much alcohol, cigarettes or caffeine can increase stress. If you smoke, decide to quit now.
6.Slow down.
Try to "pace" instead of "race." Plan ahead and allow enough time to get the most important things done.
7.Get enough sleep.
Try to get six to eight hours of sleep each night. If you can't sleep, take steps to help reduce stress and depression. Physical activity also may improve the quality of sleep.
8.Get organized.
Use "to do" lists to help you focus on your most important tasks. Approach big tasks one step at a time. For example, start by organizing just one part of your life — your car, desk, kitchen, closet, cupboard or drawer.
9.Practice giving back.
Volunteer your time or return a favor to a friend. Helping others helps you.
10.Try not to worry.
The world won't end if your grass isn't mowed or your kitchen isn't cleaned. You may need to do these things, but today might not be the right time.

holiday @ beijing part 2

terlupa nak menyatakan credit kepada anas travel kerana berjaya merealisasikan impian kami sekeluarga menjejakkan kaki ke great wall of china dalam pakej yang begitu murah dan menarik..makanan pun halal alhamdulillah..

Restoran Islam..

bird nest at night..

holiday @ beijing part 1~akhirnya sampai jua

Great Wall Of China, Beijing...

stay nited n work together..
Malaysians must stay united and work together as the nation strives for progress, prosperity and a better quality of life, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
He said the government has put in place initiatives to accelerate the nation’s transformation into an advanced economy as well as further improve the well-being of the people.
“Together, we can overcome challenges and become a high-income and advanced nation. The government will ensure expeditious and effective execution of National Key Economic Areas (NKEAs) amid increasing external challenges.
“As the well-being of the people is of paramount importance to the government, a seventh NKRA was introduced in July to tackle the rising cost of living,” Najib said in the 2011/2012 Economic Report released today.
Najib outlined strategic efforts to enhance Malaysia’s competitiveness and resilience by addressing issues such as human capital, liberalisation, public finance sustainability and development disparities.
He said the government will also give greater focus on innovation, creativity and productivity improvement to accelerate industries to move up the value chain.
“To strengthen the facilitative role of the government, measures are being undertaken to make the civil service leaner as well as more flexible and customer-focused,” he said.
Therefore, he said, the private sector must commit to their investment and spearhead growth as identified in the 12 NKEAs and the 10th Malaysia Plan projects.
Najib, who is also finance minister, said challenges to the nation’s economy have increased since the second quarter of this year.
He said these include slower global growth due to the fiscal problems of the US and European countries, volatile international financial markets and elevated commodity prices.
Najib said Malaysia’s macro-economic fundamentals remained sound, including strong foreign reserves, national savings, low unemployment and current account surplus despite the challenges.
“The economy is likely to achieve 5 to 5.5 per cent growth this year, supported by robust domestic demand, implementation of NKEAs and 10th Malaysia Plan projects,” he added

i steve...perginya seorang genius
A visionary inventor and entrepreneur, it would be impossible to overstate Steve Jobs’ impact on technology and how we use it. Apple’s mercurial, mysterious leader did more than reshape his entire industry: he completely changed how we interact with technology. He made gadgets easy to use, gorgeous to behold and essential to own. He made things we absolutely wanted, long before we even knew we wanted them. Jobs’ utter dedication to how people think, touch, feel and interact with machines dictated even the smallest detail of the computers Apple built and the software it wrote.
sangat tertarik dengan pesanan beliau:
Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary. — Steve Jobs
sedih jugak dia meninggal muda 56 tahun..walaupun yahudi tapi bapa kandungnya orang arab muslim...wallahu a'lam
